A Star is Born

The last couple of days have been crazy busy since I've been working on all the stuff I need to do for Miami Fashion Week, which is basically NOW. But since I'm in a fashion mode, I wanted to take a closer look of an Icon-to-be, Charlotte Casiraghi.

Charlotte is the granddaughter of one of my top inspirations and one of the most beautiful women who ever walked this earth: Grace Kelly, and boy does she have the style, attitude and looks to prove it.  Aside from being an accomplished equestrian, Casiraghi has always been a society page darling. But lately she has been getting tons of press as the stunning face of the new Gucci ads.

Her classic beauty is perfect for this campaign, and her fresh and down to earth style bring a different, more youthful take to the House of Gucci.  I have been following Charlotte since she was a little girl, always at her mother Princes Caroline's side.  Always gorgeous they always made a stunning pair. 


But now Charlotte is all grown up and coming out of the shadow of her fashionable mom and grandmom.  She has developed her own fresh, yet quite regal style choosing age appropriate frocks, complementing it it with youthful jewels, and key pieces from the royal collection. 






Her jewelry choices are always on the mark.  Attaining her look is quite easy because she sticks to simple pieces that work with a variety of looks and styles. These black diamond hoops from my collection are very much in the style of the young princess.

Charlotte also favors delicate pieces such as necklaces, bracelets and bangles.  Here she is in Vogue Magazine, and at the Rose Ball in Monaco looking absolutely divine in a blush colored dress and diamonds. 


I would get this look by wearing my tri-color celestial bangles.  They are made of baguette diamonds and 18kt yellow, white and rose gold.

Another fun choice for her would be these very girly, yet stylishly chic pieces, the mini papillon earrings and the delicate tiger's eye heart pendant. I think these pieces are perfectly minimalistic for the understated and earthy princess.

Whatever she choses, on the field or at an official engagement she always looks super. This is definitely one girl to look out for, so watch out Princess Kate, there is a new hot royal in town.
